I've recently launched my own small business in May of 2024, however I have over 20 years of collective experience in the trades I provide service in. I'm skilled in HVAC repairs & services, General Plumbing repairs & services, Landscaping Design, Irrigation and I also offer General Handyman Services. . My goal is to bring affordable rates to those within my community during times of high inflation, allowing people to find the comfort and reliability they deserve within their homes. HVAC Preventative Maintenance
Monthly contracts to deliver preventative maintenance to the HVAC system including:
Checking refrigerant levels and inspecting for leaks.
Inspecting Electrical Components and tightening as needed.
Checking gas connections for leaks.
Inspecting, cleaning and straightening condenser coils to ensure proper airflow.
Testing thermostat to ensure proper functioning.
Check air filters, clean and replace as needed.
Irrigation
Service & Repairs to existing irrigation systems.
Adjust & replace sprinkler heads.
Repair leaks within irrigation line.
HVAC Services & Repairs
Providing service repairs to existing units, and installation of new parts. Including A/C Coils, Ductwork, Thermostats, 1 to 5 Ton Units, Ventilation, Condensers, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Refrigerant Lines, Blower Motors, Expansion Valves, Air Filters, Capacitors, Contactors, Filter Driers, Electrical Components, Heat Pumps, and Pressure Switches.

Installation of Light Fixtures with existing electrical hookup.
General Plumbing
Minor repairs to unclog drains, correct leaks, and repair accessible pipes. Providing installation of valves, pumps, water heaters, sinks, faucets, garbage disposal systems, and toilets.
