Checking refrigerant levels and inspecting for leaks.
Inspecting Electrical Components and tightening as needed.
Checking gas connections for leaks.
Inspecting, cleaning and straightening condenser coils to ensure proper airflow.
Lubricating moving parts.
Testing thermostat to ensure proper functioning.
Check air filters, clean and replace as needed.
Irrigation
Service & Repairs to existing irrigation systems.
Adjust & replace sprinkler heads.
Repair leaks within irrigation line.
HVAC Services & Repairs
Providing service repairs to existing units, and installation of new parts. Including A/C Coils, Ductwork, Thermostats, 1 to 5 Ton Units, Ventilation, Condensers, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Refrigerant Lines, Blower Motors, Expansion Valves, Air Filters, Capacitors, Contactors, Filter Driers, Electrical Components, Heat Pumps, and Pressure Switches.

Installation of Light Fixtures with existing electrical hookup.

General Plumbing
Minor repairs to unclog drains, correct leaks, and repair accessible pipes. Providing installation of valves, pumps, water heaters, sinks, faucets, garbage disposal systems, and toilets.
